The child of Stanley Willard Henson, Jr who was a doctor and Thelma Burnell Henson, Michele Carey whose birth name is Michele Lee Henson was born on February 26, 1942 in Annapolis, Maryland in the United States of America. While still a teenager she performed well on the piano. At only 13 years old she took home an international prize at the Chicago Music Festival. Her home was at Fort Collins, Colorado with her family, and completed her high schooling at Fort Collins High School where she graduated in 1960. To pursue a career in the future, she decided to relocate from Colorado to Los Angeles for better opportunities. Her first career was in modeling when she was signed with the elite modeling agency, Powers agency. As she continued to model her passion grew, and she began to become more attracted to acting. Her work caught the attention of Hollywood producers while performing. Her debut came on tv in the television show, The Man from U.N.C.L.E. Michele is an acclaimed American entertainer who started her modeling career. She was later employed by Powers prior to becoming a performer at the age of 64, appearing for The Man from U.N.C.L.E. Her appearance in the 1966 film, El Dorado, as a prominent character-related troublemaker Josephine Joey MacDonald, exposed her to more attention. It was her role as an actor during the 1960s and 1970s that earned her fame.
